1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to Jẹ́AyéLọ. By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using Jẹ́AyéLọ, including our website, mobile applications, marketplace, booking services, payment features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. About Jẹ́AyéLọ

Jẹ́AyéLọ is an AI-powered Experience Commerce platform designed to help people discover, plan, book, pay for, and enjoy real-world experiences. The platform may connect users with restaurants, cafés, event organizers, venues, creators, independent professionals, activity providers, and other businesses or experience providers (“Merchants”). Jẹ́AyéLọ does not necessarily provide every experience listed on the platform; in many cases, the relevant Merchant is responsible for delivering it.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You may need an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You must meet any minimum age requirements applicable to the Services and particular experiences.

4. User Profiles and Content

Jẹ́AyéLọ may allow users to create profiles, upload photographs, write reviews, share plans, post content, and interact with other users. You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant Jẹ́AyéLọ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, improve, promote, and secure the Services. You must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, misleading, privacy-invasive, or infringing content.

5. Bookings, Orders and Payments

Jẹ́AyéLọ may enable you to make reservations, purchase tickets, order goods or services, or book experiences from Merchants. Prices, availability, cancellation rules, service charges, taxes, deposits, and other conditions may vary by Merchant. When you complete a booking or purchase, you agree to pay all applicable charges shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by Jẹ́AyéLọ or a third-party payment provider. A booking is subject to confirmation and the Merchant’s applicable terms.

6. Merchants and Experience Providers

Merchants may use Jẹ́AyéLọ to list experiences, manage availability, accept bookings, sell tickets or services, receive payments, promote offerings, and communicate with customers. Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, availability, licenses, permits, taxes, safety obligations, refunds, cancellations, and delivery of their experiences. Jẹ́AyéLọ may verify Merchant information, moderate listings, suspend accounts, or remove content where reasonably necessary.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. You must not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful activity; impersonate another person; harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another user; attempt unauthorized access; scrape or systematically extract platform data without authorization; upload malicious code; interfere with platform security; or use the platform to facilitate prohibited transactions or activities.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers for payments, maps, identity verification, communications, analytics, reservations, ticketing, authentication, or other functionality. Your use of third-party services may be subject to those providers’ separate terms and privacy policies. Jẹ́AyéLọ is not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Jẹ́AyéLọ and its licensors own or control the platform, including its software, branding, logos, designs, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials, except for user- or Merchant-provided content. You may use the Services only for their intended purposes. No rights are granted to you except those expressly provided in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. AI-generated recommendations are intended to assist discovery and planning and are not guarantees, professional advice, or representations that an experience will meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jẹ́AyéLọ and its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, created a risk to other users or the platform, engaged in fraud or abuse, or where required for legal or security reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain provisions survive termination where their nature requires them to.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the Services or other appropriate channels. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to Jẹ́AyéLọ’s contracting entity and the jurisdiction specified in the final published version of these Terms. Before formal proceedings, the parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. This does not prevent urgent relief where legally available.
